Innovation in Action: Special Projects

Pushing the boundaries of waste-to-resource technology to build a sustainable future for Ghana.

Pioneering Research, Development, and Innovation

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, Jekora Ventures embarks on special projects that target research, development, and innovation in waste management. These initiatives set a precedent for the region and the nation, pushing local waste-to-resource technologies and creating products that boost the economy of Ghana.

Ministerial Enclave Source Waste Segregation

Launched in partnership with the Ghana Environmental Protection Agency, this program promotes sustainable waste management within the ministerial enclave and selected schools. Jekora Ventures implements the program by educating participants, collecting segregated waste, and ensuring proper handling and recycling.

Coconut waste recycling programme

Coconut Waste Recycling

We teach coconut sellers to segregate their waste, which is then collected and processed by our partner, Eco Fibres, into an agricultural growth medium for seedlings.
